Maybe now I’ll have some insight to her innermost thoughts and most deeply held desires.
Or at least what she’s had for lunch and thinks of some-hot-Asian-designer’s new line of pastel shoulder pads.
Part of her motivation, I think, was to combat the notion she says I project that she is a lazy slob. Well, nothing could be further from the truth, actually.
Well, maybe that’s not true. Some things are further from the truth. I could say, for example, that the dishes from last night (we had Matt and his GF over) are almost certainly done by now.
Hmmm, maybe I better quit before I get locked out.
